Jennifer Schweikert State Farm in Ft Walton Beach, FL is an established and growth focused insurance agency.  We’re looking for an outgoing and motivated individual to reach out to potential customers, assess and understand their insurance needs, provide quotes, and ultimately earn their business.

We are currently hiring an account manager for our Ft Walton Beach, FL location.

The ideal candidate will have:
●        Curiosity and a desire to understand their prospects needs so they can sell the appropriate products and services to them. 
●        The ability to connect and build rapport with people in person, on the phone, or over video calls
●        Experience in sales, serving, bartending, or competing in athletics. 
●        The ability to multitask, using multiple systems to work through the sales process.  You will be talking and typing often in this role.
●        The ability to become Property & Casualty and Life and Health licensed prior to starting this role (Expenses are paid by company)
●        Proficiency with Word, Excel, and Outlook
 
Responsibilities + Opportunities:
●        Prospecting for new business through cold calls to initiate conversations about their needs and our products
●        Meeting with prospects and customers to share our insurance products and services. 
●        Ultimately, being able to close your prospective customers on the products and services you’ve recommended 
●        Documenting all conversations and ensuring you’re taking whatever action is needed to move the process forward
●        Your success will be driven by your ability to drive new business to the agency
